# Noise Generator — sound credits

The `white`, `pink`, and `brown` noise layers are synthesized live in the
browser (see `apps/web/src/lib/noise-synth.ts`) — no audio files involved.

The remaining seven ambience layers are real recordings, sourced from
Pixabay under the [Pixabay Content License](https://pixabay.com/service/license-summary/)
(free for commercial use, no attribution required). Each source file was
trimmed and processed into a seamless loop before shipping — see
`apps/web/scripts/make-noise-loops.py` for the processing script.
Credit is listed below anyway, since it's appreciated by the artists even
when not required.
